Irena is a photographer and artist based in Keswick, Cumbria, producing fine art photography and bespoke wedding imagery.
Fine Art Photography
Living in the Lake District for a photographer is like being a five-year-old in a sumptuous sweet shop: the landscape, the nature, the light, the weather, the colour hits you all at once. Then you begin to pick out things in detail, discovering the wonder of nature. Irena is very much aware of the fleeting moment of light: what you see one moment has changed a few minutes later. And to capture the essence of that moment and mood is, for her, key.
Wedding Photography
Working with you to capture the evocative story of your day Irena favours a reportage style for those natural, spontaneous moments; mixed with formal contemporary images; she brings a unique brand of personally designed montage album to retell the magic of your wedding.
